About

Jamesen Goodman

With 10+ years of experience in counseling field, I have witnessed adults achieve renewed hope and happiness. Personal change happens through short-term therapy and may also last a lifetime. If you are tired of working hard and achieving little or no success, it’s probably time to receive professional help. At some point in our lives we all need someone to listen to us, without judgment; someone who can help us understand situations that no longer make sense.

Prior to becoming a therapist I spent nearly 30 years working with children and parents in various school settings including Special Education classrooms in public schools and a Waldorf pre-school setting. I truly understand the little child that is in all of us and that sometimes, when triggered, begins to run the show, often in a way not in our best interests.
